We were beginning to think we had just become unlucky in that we had dealt with so many Realtors in the past few years. Then we met Carol and were beyond impressed.
She was representing the property we had our eyes on and my wife called her for a preliminary discussion being that we did not know any other real estate professionals in that area. My wife told me that night that she had almost immediately asked Carol to represent us, as well.
It was not her knowledge, manner, courtesy, or patience which we appreciated so much. Rather, it is the combination of those qualities and more which make her a really tremendous professional.
It is not easy to create trustworthy and honest relationships with anyone so quickly. But to be able to do it in a situation like this, where a property could come and go in a matter of a day, having Carol as our real estate professional was a gift.
