The Plumas County real estate market remained brisk in October, despite historically low inventory. Some of the hottest home markets have been Nakoma, with 14 homes sold at a median price of $762,210, and Whitehawk, with 18 homes sold at a median price of $519,000. Homes stayed on market a median of 99 days. Seventeen homes sold in eastern Plumas County with a median sold price of $330,000 and a list-to-sale ratio of 95%.
