November Home Sales Report
California Association of Realtors® has released the stats for Plumas County in November, reporting 24 homes sold at a median price of $275,000, giving a county-wide list-to-sale ratio of 95.4%. Homes stayed on market a median of 86 days. Eleven of the homes sold were in eastern Plumas County with a median sold price of $305,000 and a list-to-sale ratio of 98%. Home sales in Plumas County in February were as expected. Home prices county-wide fell slightly in February, but total number of units sold increased. Long ‘Days On Market’ statistics are not unusual for this area, and they did increase slightly over January 2019.
