The Plumas County real estate market remained brisk in October, despite historically low inventory. Some of the hottest home markets have been Nakoma, with 14 homes sold at a median price of $762,210, and Whitehawk, with 18 homes sold at a median price of $519,000. California Association of Realtors® has released the stats for Plumas County in November, reporting 24 homes sold at a median price of $275,000, giving a county-wide list-to-sale ratio of 95.4%.
