California Association of Realtors® has released the stats for Plumas County in October, reporting 49 homes sold at a median price of $275,000, giving a county-wide list-to-sale ratio of 96.2%. February Market Update
Home sales in Plumas County in February were as expected. Home prices county-wide fell slightly in February, but total number of units sold increased. Long ‘Days On Market’ statistics are not unusual for this area, and they did increase slightly over January 2019.
