California Association of Realtors® has released the stats for Plumas County in April 2020, reporting homes sold at a median price of $252,500. Homes stayed on market a median of 88 days. 
Thirteen homes sold in eastern Plumas County with a median sold price of $183,500 and a list-to-sale ratio of 97%. Days on market were a median of 80 days.
While Covid-19 virtually shut things down in April, May is turning out to be a busy month with lots of inquiries from interested buyers.
