Home sales in Plumas County in February were as expected. Home prices county-wide fell 
slightly in February, but total number of units sold increased. Long ‘Days On Market’ statistics are not unusual for this area, and they did increase slightly over January 2019. However, there is a marked improvement over this time last year with homes on market a median of 143 days.
Graeagle home sales were light with two units sold in the last 30 days with a median sold price of $226,250 with a 93% List to Sold ratio.
